The Coody Series inflatable tents are the result of close collaboration between Chinese and South Korean design teams. The design concept draws inspiration from the modular and functional architecture of the International Space Station. This forward-thinking approach ensures that every tent is not only structurally sound and functionally efficient, but also visually refined—meeting modern family and premium camping markets’ expectations for space utilization, comfort, and aesthetic appeal.
The proprietary modular tent system is the core competitive strength of the Coody Series. It breaks away from the fixed forms of traditional tents and allows users to freely combine and expand modules based on group size and activity requirements, much like assembling building blocks. From classic ridge tents to uniquely shaped dome units and multifunctional hub modules, all components can be seamlessly connected through patented connectors or reserved interfaces, enabling true versatility and scalability under the concept of “one tent system, multiple applications.”
All fabrics used in the Coody Series undergo strict testing by recognized domestic and international authorities. The main tent body is made from high-density TC blended technical cotton, combining the natural texture of cotton with the durability of synthetic fibers, and treated with a proprietary lotus-leaf-inspired water-repellent technology. The core support structure—the inflatable air columns—is manufactured from 0.7 mm high-strength reinforced PVC mesh fabric, delivering tear resistance and pressure performance well above standard industry requirements.
The Coody Series adopts internationally patented water-expanding threads and is constructed with fully sealed double-stitching throughout. This intelligent stitching technology allows the tent to maintain good breathability in dry conditions while effectively preventing condensation. When exposed to rain or snow, the thread expands upon contact with water, tightly sealing needle holes and forming a reliable waterproof barrier that eliminates the risk of leakage.
Each Coody modular tent is supported by a carefully designed accessory system, including perfectly matched rain covers, extended awnings, comfort carpets, and protective ground sheets. In addition, Rayme Outdoor has developed coordinated products such as inflatable mattresses, inflatable sofas, modular camping tables and chairs, heating stoves, and outdoor-optimized bedding and textiles.
