Rayme Outdoor’s R&D department is responsible for collecting and tracking developments in both the Chinese and global outdoor camping industries. By combining buyer requirements, we continuously optimize tent structures, lightweight design, and ease of use, while actively applying new materials and new technologies to outdoor camping equipment to maintain product leadership.
Over the past five years, annual R&D investment has consistently accounted for more than 7 percent of sales revenue, resulting in the development of 33 patented products.

All Rayme Outdoor manufacturing bases are certified under the ISO 9001 quality management system.
We implement quality management throughout the entire product lifecycle and extend quality control into the supply chain. Each manufacturing base follows seven layers of quality control, from raw material procurement and warehousing to finished product shipment.
Over the past three years, we have maintained the product defect rate at below 0.2 percent.

(3) In-process quality inspection at each production stage, with inspection records transferred between processes

(5) Warehouse entry inspection, requiring inspection reports for each batch
(6) Pre-shipment inspection with sampling checks; if defect rates exceed 1 percent, the entire batch is re-inspected
(7) Monthly on-site inspections and quality management guidance conducted by the corporate quality management team between the 15th and 20th of each month
Rayme Outdoor has established a vertically integrated supply chain system. We maintain long-term strategic partnerships with suppliers of TC cotton tent fabrics, Oxford tent fabrics, polyester tent fabrics, PVC air-column materials, waterproof expandable stitching, aluminum alloy tent frames, carbon fiber tent frames, and key tent accessories.
Through source-level procurement and continuous monitoring of supplier production processes, we conduct annual evaluations of supplier quality, pricing, and delivery performance. Evaluation results are shared with relevant factories to drive continuous improvement.
Through supply chain management, raw material costs have been reduced by 8 percent, and the incoming material qualification rate has increased to 98.3 percent. This not only ensures product quality stability but also reduces overall costs and enhances market competitiveness.
